Create your own quilted hexagonal flower garden using the English Paper Piecing (EPP) method in this beginner friendly class. This scrap busting quilting technique is done entirely by hand, making it the ultimate portable craft. Using pre-cut paper shapes, fabric is wrapped around and basted, then hand stitched together to create precise designs before the paper is removed. We will have a number of scrap fabrics to choose from, assuring each hexie flower is as unique as its creator! You will create at least one flower in class, ready to use on its own or expand into a larger piece and leave with your own travel kit to keep quilting on the go.
